Coverage Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Payment Method
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You do not need to pay anything online — pay in cash to the delivery agent when your order arrives at your doorstep.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
- UAE: 5–7 business days
- KSA: 5–7 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly due to public holidays, weather conditions, or high order volume during sales periods.
Order Confirmation
For COD orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order and delivery address before shipping. Please keep your phone reachable to avoid delays.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order may be returned and cancelled.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via E-mail to monitor your delivery status in real time.
